It gives us great pleasure to invite you to the 11th edition
of the Diffuse Lung Diseases (DLD) – 2025
Conference.
DLD 2025 is a one-day masterclass featuring five didactic talks with equal time for
speakers and
discussion, followed by two intensive workstations.

Our distinguished faculty includes leading Indian experts in pulmonology and
rheumatology, joined
by global authorities in autoimmune lung disease, Professor Sonye Danoff (Johns Hopkins
University) and Professor Erin Wilfong (Vanderbilt University).
The morning program will be followed by two dynamic, 90-minute interactive workstations:
Workstation 1
ILD and the Laboratory
- Immunology and Serology Lab in ILD.
- The Genetics Lab in ILD.
- BAL fluid analysis - Doing it well, Cell Differentials, Flowcytometry, Cell Blocks.
Workstation 2
Difficult patient conversation in ILD
Through role-play discuss conversing in 4
challenging situations:
- Asymptomatic patient with UIP pattern on CT.
- CTD-ILD with PAH and now pregnant.
- Refractory cough and antifibrotic drug intolerance.
- Handling patient and caregiver queries during an AE-ILD.
