Breath first foundation has also conducted patient and caregivers meeting to educate and clear doubts of the patients and their caregivers about their disease. These meetings were conducted at different locations and two meetings we also had the option of joining online (as many of the patients cannot join physically) and we can also reach out too many more patients via online. These meeting had good interactive discussions between the doctors and the patients. The flyers of the meetings are attached. These meetings will go a long way in improving the situation, allowing patients with similar issues to communicate with, and help each other and, importantly, improve patient advocacy on the subject of chronic lung disease.
